# ISP proxies

> Premium dedicated residential IPs from real ISP carriers, $4.50/IP/month, no bandwidth limits, UDP supported

ISP proxies are dedicated, static residential IPs registered to real ISP carriers (AT\&T, Spectrum, Comcast, Verizon, etc.). You keep the same IP for 30 days, with no bandwidth limit.

This is also the only EclipseProxy product that supports **UDP**.

## Proxy categories

When you buy an ISP IP, you pick the category that matches your use case. Each category is optimized for a specific target type.

| Category              | Optimized for                                               |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Sneakers & Retail** | Low-security sneaker sites and general retail               |
| **Premium Tickets** | Ticketmaster, AXS, and other ticketing platforms |
| **Retail Plus** | Enhanced retail proxies for PKC, Popmart, and premium sites |
| **Retail Advanced** | Advanced proxies for general retail and sneaker sites |
| **Social Media** | Clean IPs with zero fraud score for social platforms |

Pick at purchase time on the [Static ISP page](https://www.eclipseproxy.com/dashboard).

## Ports

| Port    | Protocol     |
| ------- | ------------ |
| `61234` | HTTP / HTTPS |
| `62234` | SOCKS5       |
| `65535` | UDP          |

## Example proxy

```
user_abc123:k7x9mQpL2wRt@185.10.122.178:61234
```

Format is `user_<id>:<password>@<ip>:<port>`. The IP is yours for 30 days.

## UDP support

ISP is the only EclipseProxy product that supports UDP. Use port `65535`. UDP is useful for:

* Real-time apps that prefer UDP (gaming, VoIP, WebRTC where applicable)
* DNS over proxy
* Custom protocols built on UDP

For most web/scraping use cases, stick with HTTP/HTTPS or SOCKS5.

## When to use ISP

* Per-account dedicated IP assignment (X, Vinted, Instagram, Discord)
* Sneaker, ticketing, or "one IP per identity" workflows
* Social media at scale with low fraud-score requirements
* Long-running automation needing a stable IP
* Anything where Residential's rotating pool doesn't fit
* Workflows needing UDP

## When NOT to use ISP

* Rotating scrape workloads: use [Residential](/products/residential)
* One-off testing: start with a [trial](/getting-started/trials)
* Cost-sensitive bulk work: use [Datacenter](/products/datacenter)

## Renewal

ISP IPs are good for 30 days from purchase. Renew before expiration to keep the same IP. If you let it expire, the IP returns to the pool and may not be available when you re-buy.

See [Renewing](/getting-started/billing).

## Common questions

  Social Media category targets zero fraud score. Other categories tuned for their target. If flagged as hosting/datacenter, request replacement.
